What are your canvases made of?

Our frames are made of Canadian basswood, better known as white wood. Ideal for framing moldings, it gives an elegant and modern result.

Our prints come to life on polyester canvases, showcasing vibrant colors and water-resistant durability, thanks to our meticulous water-based latex process.

How do I hang my frame?

Each of our frames features a 'nail and hook' system, designed to minimize damage. The assembly comes equipped with a wire backing, making installation a breeze – just grab a hammer, and you're all set!

I think I made a mistake when I entered some of my details. What should I do?

No worries, it happens! Reach out to our customer service at your earliest convenience for necessary adjustments. Ensure you have your confirmation number and the transaction email address on hand. Please be aware that if your order has already been shipped, there might be a return fee incurred upon its return to us.
